Apareceram 12 manchas solares, mas ainda é cedo para os efeitos dela para a terra pois agora pela manhã, às 1000 UT a propagação está ruim em todas as bandas. Também aponta uma razoável propagação dos 20-30 metros durante o dia, bem, só se for mais tarde porque aqui nada a essa hora, 1058 UT.

17585 09Dec 1433 GERMANY (Relay) (PRESUMED) VOA in Tibetan. OM speaks. I did not notice any Chinese jammer. The signal in SDRs from Asia all ticked equal or smaller than mine. The signal was weak, but there was a significant improvement at 1430, until 1433, when it became very weak again. The question that remains is: is the VOA really Tibetan without any Chinese jammer?
